After many hours of searching and sweat and tears . . . I have a job! I'm actually totally kidding. I put in one application and had two interviews, but there was some anxiety. Anyways, I will be working at the Old Spaghetti Factory. I am so excited! I have always wanted to waitress. Seriously! And if you post, don't tell me how difficult waitressing is. I'm really excited about it and many people have told me it's difficult, customers suck and so on. But I am excited and I think it will be great! They are very flexible with my school schedule, offer some benefits and I'll get tips! I start training this week, so keep me in your prayers. And come visit me and I'll serve you some delicious f

Sarah -- Yeah, but one day of my training includes trying everything on the menu! That will be fun, even though I might be FULL afterwards

Oh my goodness, I so know what you mean!!! When I was looking for a job I tried SOOO hard to get hired on as a waitress...what better time to do it then when you're putting yourself through school. Unfortunately every manager I talked to looked at my application and laughed because I had no prior experience. So...alas...I'm a java slinger for *bucks.
